A loss of breath, A terrible ache, "Be mine", you tell her. A replacement. One deep cut, A few more scratches, The blood is relieving. I find my breath again. Silence. I close my eyes And smile And touch my future scars If I lose you, At least I have My cold metal friend.

Sweet Relief
A loss of breath, A terrible ache, "Be mine", you tell her. A replacement. One deep cut, A few more scratches, The blood is relieving. I find my breath again. Silence. I close my eyes And smile And touch my future scars If I lose you, At least I have My cold metal friend.
