I can't believe it. I'm sounding like my parents. Saying the things they use to say. In my day. Our music sung about love. Not about her body. Or just being a **** Our lyrics made a lot of sense. They sung it with clarifty. And we knew what they meant. Our artist/singers had names. Not coded signs or some oddly twisted name. During the forties, it was Frank Sinatra. During the fifties, it was Elvis and Chuck Berry. During the sixties, it was the Beatles and Motown. During the seventies maybe James Taylor or Jackson Brown. Many of thought disco was for clowns. Oh, I'm sounding ike my parents. But, why shouldn't we? We are raised by them and adapt ways of them. And when you think of them. Do we not love them? Even if we sound just like them. We all have heard it. Even if we wants to deny it.
