breathing in. streaks of sunlight beaming on the mirroring pond. unnatural looking azure blue depths surrounded by the often-seen tones of grey and brown forcing you into a liminal space between reality and the so-called fairy world. breathing out. looking around seeing trees, higher than any skyscraper built, some individuals, some families discovering this magical place you want to keep to yourself. scared that every breath taken around the blue fountain will cause its disappearance.

blue fountain
breathing in. streaks of sunlight beaming on the mirroring pond. unnatural looking azure blue depths surrounded by the often-seen tones of grey and brown forcing you into a liminal space between reality and the so-called fairy world. breathing out. looking around seeing trees, higher than any skyscraper built, some individuals, some families discovering this magical place you want to keep to yourself. scared that every breath taken around the blue fountain will cause its disappearance.
- first poem I'm sharing with the world. inspired by my time at Les Fontaines Bleues, France. let me know your thoughts.
