This world of ours keeps spinning round
Faster than we know
Our days pass by before our eyes
Life so quickly goes
All the time we think we have
We have not at all
Just take a look at what you meant to do
Before distraction came to call
It is so easy to get sidetracked
Forget the purpose that you had
But this old world keeps spinning fast
Sometimes we get misled
This world is something we can't control
We can't stop it or slow it down
But we can always redirect ourselves
Our purpose can again be found
