I have colleagues and people that do Have known a bestie at times but none of them are you For we see things in an alternative and a make believe life Where no one answers back and our life is just right You laugh at my misgivings for you share the same exiled humour Random thoughts as one, we share our friendship as it is but a rumour We lose our own imaginary land in a life which is controlled by real life borders As a made up friend can do no wrong or be taken over by fraudsters As you are, A text I cannot send A cut that I cannot mend A story that cannot trend A night out where I cannot spend For no other words here that I can lend, As you are my, Imaginary friend JJB
