bodies pursed upright, we breathed
sounds and lights
hectic in my head
the fog claimed me
what came next, i'll never know
but the feelings
first, warm and sweet
turned soon to cold and bleak
this is all happiness is
this is all love is
i floated next to him
then he let me go
i drifted away
for no one to ever know
but this is all i know
