I find peace in knowing
that I could die
at any given moment
The noise is silenced ..
The chaos ceases ..
My ego drops ..
Suddenly
everything important
becomes very obvious;
my vision becomes clear
And I realise
how simple it all is
Life is simple
when I remind myself
of death
because only then
do I begin to live
