With each day that I've wasted
I could've searched for myself
Now I'm all alone in the sea of sand
Like my empty heart I search for
A meaning yet with every turn
I become weaker
All I need is to see
To see where the path
Takes me
To be set free of my insecurities
With growing destain towards everyone I have now learned
That the company of myself is never enough
My vision lies ahead
Yet my heart stays
in the present
To overcome something I must
Acknowledge my faults
And set sail into the ocean
Wherever it may take me
I will overcome
