Could be that their suffering has given them insight
Art truly comes from pain
There is an insatiable void
that still drives the need to maintain

Yep, I know the ones, i am friends with another poetwho writes about his survival and it breaks your heart but is so compelling to read. I truly admire people who can write with such raw intensity and openness and hope it isncathartic for them to do so, nice write TF  x

behold the wondrous pendulum swing of life
spans the emotional arc 'tween bliss and strife
there at the ends it hangs motionless mid-air
where find details are discerned so very clear
but in the mad rush from one to the other
it is all but a blur, the clarity is smothered
so we who will write must remember one thing
we capture the best feels at the ends of the swing
