in this ruthless war
in this flooding ocean of blood

on this path to darkness
on this island of screams
on this edge of sanity
on this sinking ship of hope

i hear a voice
a faint whisper
but i cant comprehend its words
as i shatter under the pressure
i finally see the source of the voice
i hear its words with perfect clarity
coming slowly from her lips
"your never going to be alone"
