what is happiness
everyone is trying to get the answer
coffee shops and art museums
meeting friends and buying clothes
everyones is looking for the happiness
buying that and buying this
but they never knew
that happiness doesn't cost anything
it is free
it is here
it is in you
it is all around you
look at the birds flying in the summer sky
listen to the rain drops softly touching the ground
feel the fresh wind blowing daisies in your hair
smell the freshly brewed coffee sitting on a kitchen table
happiness lies in the smallest things
it takes a simple breath
to bring yourself back in the moment
and find what is in you already
find true
happiness
within
