As I listen to the water dancing down the lake, I wish my worries and sadness were to be just as easy to float away; The rocks around the lake representing the weight I carry upon my shoulders, Never going away and always being just as heavy as when created; The sandy dirt at the bottom of the lake representing myself, Wanting to let go and wash away along with all of my worries, But knowing I'll be in the same place tomorrow; The water comes and goes, same as the people in one's life; The moon, the moon is watching over the water, the dirt, and over the rocks, Shedding light when there is darkness and disappearing when different light comes; But the things that never leave are the most important, you see, The dirt is always there, the rocks are always there, and even when you don't see it, the moon is still there; The water comes and goes, same as the people in one's life......
