****** Magpies
Scavengers of Black on White, pecking; Stripping bare. Feathering their own nests, sticky with the blood of Others shiny words.
But we're all clever little magpies, right ? One for a Sorrow. Two for a Joy. Three times for a Girl. Four times for a Boy. Five for Silver. Six for Gold. Shush.... Seven for a Secret never to be Told.
