Gently floating, glowing in the light You used to be such a welcome sight, But now you only remind Of the cold that's left behind. Just like the winter morn, A purity just born. At the edge of the night No longer a delight The world has soiled you and your innocence too. No longer you melt in my hand what used to warm them has aban'd, And left is a cold remnant in its place Just like we often leave a writ stone face.
