I stood in the cold light of dawn at this mornings' ANZAC service in Cambridge, NZ, remembering, respectfully, my father who served with the Australian forces in the Middle East and New Guinea in the Second World War, ….and shared, in sombre surrounds and Autumn tones, just such a sentiment with 700 silent, like minded people who intoned together, "LEST WE FORGET".
