Wow. 

This just made me see something so obvious, it was in front of me all the time. 

And now I wonder if I am guilty of not letting go of certain baggage (people) because of nostalgia. Not a crime ... but a hindrance ... perhaps.

Definitely something that seems to be bringing me pain.
