Pain
A fire
Destroying
Blackening
What was so beautiful
Now black and grey
Ash
Still smoldering
And burning the Earth
However,
It will grow back
Allowing new opportunities
For more life.
Ashes now fertilizer
Growing, healing
Into something even more beautiful
But still never the same
