Why cant you save anyone? We all are just so stubborn As we cry out But in the same moment Hoping someone will rescue us And hoping someone will let us down Or just hoping that one person That you want to care Will finally step out and save you Pretending no one else matters Or that no one else cares Because if that one person doesn't care What’s the point? And maybe I'm just delving only into myself But the truth is Even though there are more people That are there for me than there has been before The truth is I have never felt so Alone.
