Saturday , cool day tromping buck trail ,
whitetail byways
Over red hillside , wild onions grow tall over frosted -
scenery , eagerly encircling lakesides
natural machinery
Pausing by a stump to watch -
a "Hartford" jumped
Geese on the move on a course to the moon
Herons holding still to get their fill ,
'Grays' scampering from Cottonwood
to Sycamore , Swamp bunnies breaking
on the cattail shores* ...
