A mere glimpse of you Is a gaze of wondrous spot Heavenly lilies. *** The moments we've shared Are rubies no one can steal For I hold them dear. *** Once, aimless was life Until you introduced love I learned to soar high. *** Oh! little candle I wish you'd keep it burning 'Till daylight greets me. *** Weather has to change To both dumb extremities Pen and sheet will sing. *** Truth may heal or hurt And it just has to prevail So you'll get appeased. *** My memoirs' locker Where my clandestine are kept A great, silent chum.
