As if walking bare in a sea of flaming coal You set fire to all that I am The longer I stay, the faster I burn So, I move I move to salvage my soul I move, to revive a dying soul I have lived a thousand lives to die by your very sword I have walked a thousand miles to forget you, yet my feet wonder back to the embers of our burning home A home where our love once lived A home home where my broken heart still beats

A house on fire
As if walking bare in a sea of flaming coal You set fire to all that I am The longer I stay, the faster I burn So, I move I move to salvage my soul I move, to revive a dying soul I have lived a thousand lives to die by your very sword I have walked a thousand miles to forget you, yet my feet wonder back to the embers of our burning home A home where our love once lived A home home where my broken heart still beats
