Does not matter how
It feels like every room in their

While I have not been sexually assaulted thank God, I have been robbed through identify theft and I have been physically assaulted in the line of duty. I have even been assaulted by a psycho girl friend who eventually tried to kill herself, but I do not let myself identify as a victim. I fight back and take my power back. I refuse to live in fear. As a long time supporter of a domestic violence shelter and advocate against domestic violence,  the greatest thing you can do is take back your power from the person who tried to take it from you. Sorry my comment was so long but this is a subject I feel passionately about also.

Its very true. Our justice system is set up to deal with the perpetrators and their human rights. The victims rights have become a side issue, or more often, ignored. Very little support for victims. Well expressed point Melissa :)
