I always wanted to be clever I always wanted to be like no one I always wanted to be confident I always wanted to be the one Snake my way out Of an unmanageable situation Or two Make my friends Want to be me Engross lovers too To the point that they couldn't bear Not a second With another Softly whispering One Con Cheat Steal Get away with it all Live Life on the edge No need For anyone Just me Myself And the world My oyster I'd just stick out my palm And in would fall Infinity
