I will love you with a broken heart I will see you through broken glass I would hold you with wounded hands I would kiss you with burned lips. But move with you through broken homes? Support you despite feeling alone? Cherish you despite feeling rejected? Be present despite being neglected? I asked my heart first, but found no answer You ask much of me, but you are much better. You tell me be patient, it will manifest But I have no doubt that what manifests is best How would you fix the groans of a broken record? How would you bear the moans of a broken soul? How do you keep telling yourself a lie? How to keep living after your dreams die?

Pretty Dark Inside
I will love you with a broken heart I will see you through broken glass I would hold you with wounded hands I would kiss you with burned lips. But move with you through broken homes? Support you despite feeling alone? Cherish you despite feeling rejected? Be present despite being neglected? I asked my heart first, but found no answer You ask much of me, but you are much better. You tell me be patient, it will manifest But I have no doubt that what manifests is best How would you fix the groans of a broken record? How would you bear the moans of a broken soul? How do you keep telling yourself a lie? How to keep living after your dreams die?
