I wrote letters in a bottle Some were hard pills to swallow Memories left from a man once hollow Lessons, I really hope you learn from tomorrow If you don't repeat history, you can avoid that sorrow Respect your lover and love her like no other When you're alone her smile can carry you through the weather Don't forget your best friend, life's better together A man and a woman may be the best companion for this life forever
