Trust is something that must be earned
It is destroyed when certain bridges are
burned.
Once it is gone, it's hell to get back
Especially when you feel you don't deserve
that.
If you ever hurt someone you love,
Then you know the feelings I'm speaking of
For the rest of your life, you will regret,
How deeply you hurt someone you love and
respect.
But things happen that are beyond our
control;
We have to move forward, we cannot live in the past.
For it will eat at you forever,
Please, never say never,
Because you cannot know,
The irrational paths our hearts take us.
You cannot begin to fathom,
How random is true love?
But without trust, love will fade.
