Twas the month of December When Humans went mad To the shops they all bustle Armed with their bags Not a hush nor a whisper As they head for the stores Tongues simply snarling With words which aren't pure! Watched from the Heavens The Saints scratch their heads On Earth it’s the season For joy so it said! Instead they go shopping To push and to shove Then they send Christmas cards To their neighbours with love? They were dumbfounded By the Humans display All the commotion For this great blessed day! When will they realise Christmas on Earth It’s a time for celebrating Of Our true Saviours birth! © By LynnKaren

Each Christmas time this is how I feel whenever I go shopping, that's why I wrote this poem tonight. I hope each of you have a peaceful Christmas without the bustle of the shops :) Lynn
