Momentary satisfaction and contentment
in midst of participation in this annual
running frenzy..running of the..
So..appropriately named..looking for
happiness
in the darkness this Friday..
Some may sit on a restful bench
in a crowded mall..or observing
a sea of people in downtown
Manhattan (I did this!)
and there seems to be at times
a glow in the black..
Let's call it a black hole
as science speculates.. and
others remind of that
springtime black Friday:
a new creation bursts forth...***
