i do all of them....But I'm not going to die. I'm doing a healthy amount so they counter each other.....or does it not work? I don't know. Point is, sometimes we just try to fill ourselves instead of fixing ourselves because the damage is too much....but those who are strong enough (like yourself) will be able to cope.
