I want to change. You want me to change. There’s a security in the old me. I try to change. You try to change me. There’s a predictability in the old me. I’ve changed a little – a little. You’ve changed me – a little. There’s a scariness in the new me. I will change. You will not accept. There’s an uncertainty in change. I have changed. You have changed. We don’t know what to do about it. Perhaps what was worse is better. I want someone new in me. Do you? © Lewis Bosworth, 2013
