She speaks in tongues When she speaks of love She is drunk on wine and lust For you she sings Red lips on fire Eyes that shine like glass But just as you desire her, Crave her, Ache for her, You fear her Dark and unrelenting as she is Cowering, you run Red lips turn pale Eyes lose their glossy sheen It is you, not she Speaking in tongues Drunk on wine and lust
