The Fallen Soldier By Lisa Noe As the bombs burst in the sky I saw as it were a stranded guy Running across the battle field Using his helmet as a shield When then struck an alarm As a bullet hit him in the arm Down he went to the ground He made a thud a loud sound His buddy called out to him We shall help up you I and them The troop of men raced to the man They saved his life gave him a hand. He was grateful to them all The men who saved him from his fall I salute you this he said To all the men of which he led.
