I have taken it, Snatched it from it's home And forsaken it. Cards held to my chest, Hoping I can be the best. None had expected this, No-one thought of death within their bliss. But now it's falling down around my head. Keep it hidden, Keep it close, Take the serum, Take the dose, They will never Find it here, But still I run, Eyes filled with fear. It was difficult to find, Hidden far away and deep from mankind, Deep in the forest, The start of a story with one cruel twist, I was torn apart, Thorns went through my chest and into my heart. And soon it will be falling around my head.
