I roll and smoke tobacco like a seventies Hollywood cowboy remembering Yul Brynner who died of lung cancer and made a small advert advising people to not smoke, but its all too late for most smokers. And I just do not get how one of The Magnificent Seven could die except in a gun fight, surely he should have gone out in a hail of bullets, defending some innocent folk from the evil greed of outlaws.
