This is inevitable How is this world impeccable? Ever so incredible Day, with such pleasure As sun lights up our lives Yet never we’ll experience the full leisure As all good things must come to an end Never to be seen again? Do not despair, for more is there just around the bend Night of calm and peace Inner selves revealed Good things come, bad things cease However dark, we must yield The best part, of course, is sleep

Acrostic: The Day and Night

This is an acrostic poem inspired by the ultimate opposite pair. Black and White Yin and Yang THE DAY AND NIGHT
