There a re many ways,
You don't have to escape.
Just face it bravely,
But move cautiously.
It's not bad being down,
Just aim to rise up.
Life is full of surprises,
There are loss and success.
Just don't think its over,
because the day has just started.

This about being strong despite of shortcommings you have in your life. All you need to do is stay still and never gave up because as long as there is life there is hope.
