These past few weeks Have been dull, lifeless Filled with sadness and regret. I gave up immediately Without realising that I still had a chance. Instead of making up For what happened, I lost hope. I was presumptuous And pessimistic I let my emotions control me. But it's too late now I feel desolate Inside a room of lively people.

Regret
