He looked at me I felt the tears swelling up inside His disappointed scowl I felt the lump in my throat The cold look in his eye My eyes stung The harsh words emerging from his lips A single tear rolled down my cheek I ran I had too I couldn't let him see me cry Curling into a ball In the corner of a dark room Sobbing Choking Never able to catch my breath Heart Broken -HMG

Heart Broken
