To cultivate love between the two, this is Heaven on earth.

Very nice!  I enjoyed this!  Might I make a suggestion, an edit I would make if it were my poem?   To love and be loved,  is equal to holding the keys to Heaven and Hell on Earth ........  If you listen to Leonard Cohen's song Hallelujah he sings about the holy and the broken Hallelujah and your poem reminded me of this, having sung both :)
