I had a dream last night You were a bird and I was flight You were a plane and I was Orville and Wilbur Wright I had a dream last night I was a helicopter and you were the hot soft sand I was taking heavy enemy fire And I came crashing down to hold your hand. I had a dream last night You were a grenade and I was my legs Now I am a torso confined to a wheelchair You blew me to pieces and didn't seem to care.
