I live in a lonely world I roam around I plant my seed While I'm exploring Happy in life Though lonely as can be I have self control Another kid alone I have pride And much joy I look up at the sky Saw clouds floating by The wind chases me As I chase a butterfly Watching the sun Under an old oak tree The moon plays with the sky With a glow on a midnight stroll As I listen to whispers When I sleep at night There's a new day coming Another kid alone Just waiting for someone To come along Memories came fast and hard Of yet another kid home alone I'm one of a kind I dream and think I am thankful For what I have Even though I'm a kid alone

Another Kid Alone
