Your eyes shimmer like night skies Studded with lies. The star specks of truth sparkle brilliantly to the naked eye. This is wherein they lie. Close enough to take in and feel their light embrace, Yet years away fading into the abyss. The space in-between grows in sight But retains the ability to fold universes with dense might. Your eyes begin to collapse. Black holes, Draining me of everything I am. But, the truth is, You’ve been looking into the past and We’re so far apart now that I already burned out.

What Fills Our Spaces
Your eyes shimmer like night skies Studded with lies. The star specks of truth sparkle brilliantly to the naked eye. This is wherein they lie. Close enough to take in and feel their light embrace, Yet years away fading into the abyss. The space in-between grows in sight But retains the ability to fold universes with dense might. Your eyes begin to collapse. Black holes, Draining me of everything I am. But, the truth is, You’ve been looking into the past and We’re so far apart now that I already burned out.
