I figured out
I always sleep on my right side
So my left shoulder is larger
Now I'm sleeping on my left side
And pressing my left shoulder
Into a foam roller
There has been some improvement
And I feel more symmetrical
The left shoulder is now more
Equidistant from the center
Of my body
And is closer to
Matching my right
