The Dream
Took it upon himself to change the course of things
Adopted his method from Ghandi
His message from Christ
Devoted his heart to the heavens
Gave Christ his life
Praise God for the dream
The dream that forseen a vision forseen the unseen
Not a scene of political screen
But a seen that deemed a dream
The seen that dreamed a team that redeemed the oppressed
In God he rest
Segregation is gone
But his legacy lives on
Now our nation is strong
And how many of us are walking within his dream
Long lived the king
