I lay awake, thinking, scheming, a heart full of hope, and thoughts on how to make you mine

A chance to say those three forbidden words
If I never say more than this, know I want much more than just another kiss
A hand to hold, and another heart to beat in-sync with
From the moment I see your face, to when the door closes behind as we part
Every second adds more to why I hold you in my heart
One thing I dread is losing you from my life
One thing I fear even more is you becoming someone else’s wife
Everyday people make promises to never love another, promises believed and broken
How can I say I’m different when that lie is gushed by thousands in a second?
I’m all in for life, never will there be another that will hold my heart like you do
You are my angel, my diamond, my brightness in the darkest day, my sunshine in the rain
Your eyes are wonderful, your smile is too. Your laugh’s contagious, and your heart is true
There’s beauty in your touch, and your kiss is love
You are everything that every guy dreams of, You are everything that makes me fall in love
