Where correctional officers must use it a lot?
Police officers hides their bravery behind a gun.
Within the confinements of prison walls most couldn't survive.
None, knows people skills, unless they had it from the start.
And most white officers hadn't learned this skilled at all.
Unless they in administration which requires more.
Yes, its a stressful job.
But so being an correctional officers too.
Where you face the same things police officers do?
And handle it more with just the tone of your voice.
Oh, you have hot heads in both division.
One feeling tough with shades and a gun?
Some feeling braver when one's hidden behind a cell.
Talking about things they would do.
Until that same person's standing before you.
And now you must change your tune.
Instructors, advises them all cameras are upon you.
And let not the news be the judge of you.
This is mostly one battle you will lose.
So learning to talk wisely in life will truly help you.
