Words can be used to elevate Words can be used to sink Words can be used to stir up hate When spoken or in ink When stapled up correctly Words can make a friend Words can make an enemy But that we won't pretend When you wish, words can conquer But they also can make peace Words will alter the stories You'll tell your nephef and your niece Words can be used to flatter Words can make a smile Words can draw your future Could keep your life in style If you want to be bigger It's easiest to use words But one day you'll be deflated You'll never fly with the birds But if you speak correctly You will be bigger now But you have to meet your stories The day when people ask you how But it's all about the person who's capable to speak To use it to make miracles Or to make people weak
