Crying is nature's way of restoring the chemical balance in the body when it becomes distorted due to stress . Laughter in times of extreme tension helps the body to function as an act of self preservation . Actually we all begin out lost and along the way we are found . And lashing out to hurt others is an act of revelation showing how much we ourselves are in pain . And we definitely are mixed up because life comes with no manuals on how to live . And when peace is finally atained the human is at their most unease .
