I always knew when she was irritated with me-
her ears would start to lower until they were parallel with the floor
like the wings of an airplane, attached to the fusilage
She would then start swishing her tail
like a lion-tamer's bullwhip-
and she won't blink!
I wish my wife would stop doing that. It embarrasses the cat!
