I want to scream out loud sometimes
scream until my voice breaks
scream until my throat hurts
scream until I’m out of breath
Releasing all emotions built up inside of me
emptying my thoughts
freeing my mind
letting go of negative feelings
My mind is clouded with frustration
filled with anger
haunted with sorrow
worried with regret
But i can’t scream
can’t let anyone hear me
can’t let anyone know
so I silently scream
